Mr. Lerschen was at the operational helm when one of California’s most prominent semiconductor manufacturers was purchased by a publicly-traded company, placing him in a high-stakes position where he was responsible for regulatory compliance. Under his guidance, the company surpassed key benchmarks and is today recognized among the state’s most reliable suppliers. Currently a VP at the multi-national investment firm Dualat, Mr. Lerschen serves as head of internal operations and specializes in hotel development and management. His responsibilities include hotel acquisitions, overseeing quality control, and ensuring compliance for all properties in the Daulat portfolio.
